Personal Branding Agencies The vetted directory

For Agencies

Apply to list your personal branding agency

A place in this directory is earned, not purchased. Complete the application, sign the Code of Ethics, pass the free vetting review, including a call with a PBA representative, and put your agency in front of clients who are specifically looking for someone they can trust. See exactly how listed practices are presented in the directory report.

Founding Member places: 22 of 25 open. The first 25 practices to pass vetting carry a numbered Founding Member badge for as long as they stay listed. Places go in the order vetting is completed.

About your practice

All three are held to the same vetting and ranking standards and vetted against the same seven criteria. A solo practice is as eligible as a large agency.

Shown publicly and used to build your city listing page.

Most personal branding work is remote. This tells clients whether your location is a constraint or just where you happen to be.

Street address is optional and is never published. Provide it only if you want a verified physical address noted on your listing.

Done For You, Done With You, or a Mixture of both. Choose the description that actually fits your practice.

Choose the tier for the average total a client pays for one project or engagement with you, in US dollars, not a monthly fee: $ is $2,500 or less, $$ is $2,501 to $7,500, $$$ is $7,501 to $10,000, and $$$$ is $10,001 or more. Every listing uses the same scale.

Billing

Select up to 4. How you charge: tick every structure you use. It is shown beside your price tier, so buyers see what the tier is made of. A minimum term goes under Terms at a glance below.

Ideal For

Select up to 5. Criterion 04 is about specialization, and this is part of it: who you serve, stated honestly rather than as broadly as possible.

Specialization

Select up to 3. What you actually do. A tight list here is a strength, not a limitation: criterion 04 exists specifically to ask what you do best rather than everything you could plausibly offer.

Required. Published on your listing exactly as you write it, and it stays there permanently: you can revise it at any time, but it cannot be removed. Using AI is not a mark against you and will not affect your application. Say plainly how you use it and where you draw the line.

Optional. PNG with a transparent background or SVG works best, square or close to it, at least 400 by 400 pixels. Under 2 MB. If you do not supply one, your listing shows a clean initials mark rather than a broken image, so nothing looks unfinished either way.

The people

Optional, and worth it: a directory of practices is a directory of people. Up to 3 notable figures behind your practice, such as its founder, CEO or lead consultant. An independent consultant lists one: you. Each appears on your listing with a square photo, a role, a short bio, a website and LinkedIn.

Person 1

Two or three sentences in the third person: who they are and what they do for clients.

A personal site or a page of their choosing.

Their LinkedIn profile.

A clear headshot, square if you can, at least 600 pixels and under 2 MB. It is shown cropped square.

Person 2

Two or three sentences in the third person: who they are and what they do for clients.

A personal site or a page of their choosing.

Their LinkedIn profile.

A clear headshot, square if you can, at least 600 pixels and under 2 MB. It is shown cropped square.

Person 3

Two or three sentences in the third person: who they are and what they do for clients.

A personal site or a page of their choosing.

Their LinkedIn profile.

A clear headshot, square if you can, at least 600 pixels and under 2 MB. It is shown cropped square.

Fit and terms (optional)

Optional. Buyers trust a practice that says plainly who it is and is not for, and what working with it involves. Shown on your listing in your own words.

Terms at a glance

Maximum 200 characters. This is the ONLY text shown on your card in the directory, so every card stays the same height. One sentence describing what you do and who for.

Shown on your own listing page, not on directory cards. No length limit, but a few clear paragraphs beat a long one.

Contact

This number is not published on your listing. A PBA representative calls you at this number during normal business hours for the call that is part of every application, and may call it later to verify the information on your listing. If accepted, we may contact you for other directory related priorities. If you also want a phone number displayed publicly, enter it separately below.

Only this number is shown on your listing. Leave blank to publish none.

The pledge

Vetting is free. There is no application fee, and there never will be. Expect a response within five business days.
