The directory grows by invitation as well as application. Name a personal branding agency, consultancy or independent consultant you trust, and PBA will invite it to apply. It is vetted against the same seven criteria as every listing, and it is never told who suggested it. The first 25 practices to pass vetting become numbered Founding Members, and 23 of those places remain.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens after I suggest a practice?
A person at PBA looks at its website and, if it looks like a personal branding practice, invites it to apply. It goes through the same application, Code of Ethics, call and decision as every listing. A suggestion is not an endorsement, and it never puts a practice in the directory by itself.
Will the practice know who suggested it?
No. The invitation says only that someone who knows its work suggested it. Your name and email are never shared with the practice.
Can I suggest my own practice?
Yes, though applying directly is quicker: the application is free and saves as you go.
What do you do with my email?
Nothing unless you tick the box. If you do, we email you once, when the practice you suggested is listed. It is never added to a list, shared or sold.
What if the practice is already listed?
The form takes you straight to its listing instead.
