Who we are

Personal Branding Agencies is a property of Mashman Consulting Group LLC, a company headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas. References to "we", "us", and "the directory" mean Mashman Consulting Group LLC acting through this site.

What this directory is

This site is an informational directory. We review agencies against published criteria and publish what we find. We do not provide personal branding services through this directory, we do not act as an agent or broker for any listed agency, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with one.

Listing is not a recommendation, an endorsement, or a guarantee of results. A listing reflects a good-faith review of information supplied by the agency at the time of that review. Circumstances change, and a listing does not certify that an agency remains as described.

Your responsibility before hiring anyone

You are responsible for your own due diligence. Verify credentials, read the agreement you are asked to sign, and satisfy yourself independently before engaging any provider, whether or not that provider is listed here.

Any dispute arising from an engagement is between you and that agency. We are not a party to it and cannot resolve it, though a Code of Ethics violation can be reported to us separately.

Terms for listed agencies

If your agency is listed, you additionally agree that:

• Every fact you submit is accurate and can be substantiated on request.
• You have signed and will operate within the Code of Ethics.
• You will keep your listing information current and correct it promptly if it becomes inaccurate.
• We may verify any claim you make, including by contacting clients you cite.
• We may modify or remove your listing at our discretion, including where information proves inaccurate or where the Code of Ethics is not being met.
• You will not submit, solicit, or arrange reviews from anyone who was not a genuine client.

Listing is at our discretion. Meeting the published criteria makes an agency eligible for review; it does not entitle any agency to a listing, and we may decline or discontinue a listing without being required to give a reason.

Reviews and submissions

When you submit a review, a report, or an application, you confirm the content is truthful and your own. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit for length and clarity, and display that content on this site.

We may decline to publish, or later remove, any submission at our discretion. We are not obliged to publish anything submitted to us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, republish, or systematically copy the directory; not to submit false or misleading information; not to impersonate anyone; not to interfere with the operation or security of the site; and not to use the site to harass any person or business.

Intellectual property

The directory, its text, structure, vetting standard, Code of Ethics, and design are the property of Mashman Consulting Group LLC. Agency names, logos, and marks remain the property of their owners and appear here to identify those agencies. Nothing here transfers any ownership to you.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty that listings are accurate, complete, or current.

We are not liable for any loss arising from your engagement of a listed agency, from reliance on any listing or review, or from any interruption of the site. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
