How Workspace 1.0 works
- A buyer writes a brief or a request for proposal with the Brief Builder, or a short message, and sends it to one practice through the directory, with a file if they have one.
- The buyer confirms their email address from a link we send them and agrees to share the request with the practice.
- The practice is emailed that a new buyer reached out, reads the request here, and can download the brief and any file to keep for its own records.
- The practice replies to the buyer by email, and the engagement continues off the directory.
