Orchard Strategy
Vetted by MCGFounding Member No. 3 of 25, Personal Branding Agencies
Orchard Strategy is a LinkedIn strategy and content agency for B2B founders, executives, and consultants who already have something worth saying. Most LinkedIn services start and stop at writing posts. We run the whole channel, from what you should be known for, to the posts and visuals, to the path that turns attention into conversations with buyers. Founder Christine Orchard was Head of Marketing at Arc.dev from seed through acquisition, where she built LinkedIn into a meaningful growth channel. She works directly with every client and takes only 5 at a time. The work includes positioning and messaging, up to 2 strategy sessions a month, 2 to 3 strategic LinkedIn posts a week, writing, creative and design, publishing and channel management, profile and conversion-path alignment, and performance testing. Organic only: no paid ads and no outbound. Results: 4.2M+ organic impressions across 3 accounts in 6 months; Facilitator School got 17 LinkedIn-sourced leads and booked calls in 3 months, and 5 became paying customers. Clients include founders from Y Combinator, Partners at 886 Studios, and the former CEO of Animalz. 2,000+ LinkedIn posts written. Engagements start at $5,000/month, with a 3-month initial engagement then month-to-month.

AI Disclosure
On fileCriterion 02 of the vetting standard. Every listed agency publishes how it uses artificial intelligence, in its own words. Using AI is not a mark against an agency. Concealing it is, and so is using it to build a perception a client has not earned.
I use AI tools like Claude as a thinking partner for research, outlining, and early drafts, and Grok Bot for trend research and spotting topics worth covering. The strategy, the ideas, and every final post are mine and my client's, written in their voice and reviewed by me before anything is published. I verify every claim and figure, and I don't share confidential client information with AI tools without permission.
This disclosure is a permanent part of the listing. An agency can revise it at any time as its practice changes, but it cannot be removed while the agency is listed.
Ethics pledge
Orchard Strategy signed the PBA Code of Ethics before it was listed on October 26, 2026: seven commitments, kept for as long as it is listed. Breaking one, confirmed after the practice has had the chance to respond, ends the listing.
Organic growth comes first
We do not buy followers, engagement, or manufactured social proof, for our clients or ourselves. Paid amplification is a legitimate tool and we use it, but it supports earned effort rather than substituting for it.
AI is disclosed, not concealed
Artificial intelligence is a tool, and we use it openly where it helps. We do not let it do the heavy lifting of a client's intellectual property or speaking voice, we do not present generated work as human craft, and we do not use it to build a perception the client has not earned.
Earned press, honestly earned
We do not fabricate media features, pay for disguised advertorials presented as earned coverage, or invent credentials.
Truth in results
We do not promise outcomes we cannot control, and we report client results without inflation.
Identity before image
We build brands on who the client actually is, never on a persona designed to deceive their audience.
Transparent pricing
Our fees, deliverables, and terms are stated before engagement. No bait pricing, no surprise upsells mid-contract.
The client owns the brand
Accounts, audiences, and assets built during an engagement belong to the client, always.
Reviews
Every review needs a working email, is confirmed with the reviewer, and is read by a person before it publishes. Ratings and the Power Ranking cannot be bought.
